We seek a native-Mandarin Chinese speaker possessing fluency in English (both verbal and written). The right candidate will be an Expert Translator and will be the  go-between  for principals of an Industrial Project in Pasadena, TX. The project will last between six and eight months. Initially, this will be a full-time, hourly contract position, then will change to a part-time position   approximately four hours daily. 
 
The right candidate needs to be well-versed in Chinese culture and be able to communicate diplomatically and effectively to both Chinese and American principals of the project. The right candidate must possess strong interpersonal communication skills in both Mandarin-Chinese and English. We seek someone who is reliable, detail-orientated, responsible and professional. Prior business experience, technical background or familiarity will be useful. Must have own transportation.
