COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER Part time, 20 hrs./week.

Delivers health education and outreach programs to underserved communities and high-risk populations in Houston and surrounding areas. Identifies areas in need of culturally appropriate health education programs and collaborates with internal partners and community organizations to deliver cancer control programming.

EDUCATION
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Community Health or Health Education

EXPERIENCE
Required: Two years experience working with at-risk populations/communities and/or community-based agencies to serve to high-risk or underserved populations.
