Nov. 2-4. Norwegian Christmas Bazaar. Experience a bit of Scandinavia in Houston. Handmade embroideries, crafts, Christmas items, and traditional food. The festival includes the brilliant illumination of 12 giant doves, lots of booths, games, live entertainment, and special appearance by Santa, and Mrs. Claus.
