Chinese Tattoos

Chinese tattoos are prevelant everywhere these days. Most people who have these Chinese tattoos done do not know their true meaning. For example, a lady walks up to me and asks me to tell her the meaning of her Chinese tattoo on her neck. I asked her whether she asked for that tattoo or they just put any type of tattoo on her. She said she chose it because it looks cool. Luckily for her, the tattoo meant love in Chinese. More and more young and middle age people are getting Chinese tattoos. You can see them on professional basketball, tv programs, and at work. Most people would ask the person doing the tattoo what is the meaning of the Chinese tattoo that they are about to put on. Of course, most of the time Asian people do not work at these tattoo parlors so they sure don't have a clue. With something permanent (yes you can remove a tattoo, but it is still a pain in the..) you would assume most people would be 100% sure what they are putting on.

Chinese tattoos are very unique and personal. They offer, if done correctly, a beautiful form or art. You can have Chinese tattoos with meanings like dragon, team, heart, love, self, and more. But make sure you understand the meanings before you make the decision. It would be embarrassing to walk down the street with a Chinese tattoo meaning dumb instead of smart.
