Qin Dynasty was a complete surprise. Located in a new but unassuming strip center I expected to find a run of the mill restaurant. Instead I found a very tasteful and high class restaurant with excellent and friendly service and great food. A relatively unassuming exterior hides an elegant interior where one can dine on exquisitely prepared dishes served by well-trained and almost invisible attendants.The best I have experienced in Houston.
